Imagine this gentleman getting to this spot and then deciding – ok, I’m done for today; I don’t feel like doing any more. Or climbing down from here, meeting up with other rock climbing friends and telling the story of how it just didn’t seem worth the effort to climb to the top.

Am I just making this up? OK, let’s ask this — how many of us have hired a contractor and actually had the job finished without a lot of pushing on your part for the work to be truly complete. Pretty common from what I hear and from my own experience.

What is this lack of follow-through? This lack of drive? This lack of fortitude?

Imagine this. You pay for a service. It is performed on time, within budget and shows quality from every angle. Why is this not the common experience? To be fair there are those who strive for the best they are capable of producing, though it seems there are less and less of such people each passing year.

So why are these called the Godly Qualities? We need only imagine a half finished Earth or Sun. Gravity that works sometimes or a creation that is all show and no substance to answer that question.

Let your strength and determination be the same as God’s. And do it with the same Love as God. Then the mountain can indeed be removed and cast down into the sea.
